It was days away from being 10 degrees for a few days and my heater broke. I called Seth at Energy Attic at 9 AM and by 10 AM Andrew from Energy Attic was at my home to evaluate the situation. Andrew was quick to find the problem. The part I needed was not available around town but there was a store that had the part in Fort Worth. Andrew drove to Fort Worth for the part and replaced the part and fixed my heater before 4PM. This is the second time I have called them and they were immediately there to fix my problem at a reasonable price. I will always call them any time I have A/C needs.

Woke up on Wednesday morning to water coming through the light fixture in my kids room due to a clogged drain line in our attic A/C. Gave Energy Attic a call and they sent Andrew, an a/c tech, by 2pm. They were prompt, kind, helpful and able to provide multiple options in order to find a solution. I can not recommend them enough. Full transparancy we had some issues with the installation vs what we were told during the sales process...which happens sometime.
